Ffion Thomas - currently swimming with our Masters and assisting performance squads over the 23/24 season, Ffion started her swimming career at Hart and will undertake her level 1 coaching course in October.

Ella Worship - currently swimming with our P1 squad and supporting our skills squads over the 23/24 season, Ella has a keen eye for technical detail and will undertake her level 1 coaching course in October.

Josh Montgomery - currently swimming with our Masters, Josh has been a long-serving member of the club (for as long as I can remember) and is currently a swimming teacher, undertaking his level 1 coaching course in October.

Retained and returning:

Will Fuller - twelve years since Will initially joined the Hart SC coaching team, He is thrilled with the development and progress we made during the second half of the 23/24 season and looking forward to the years to come. Over the coming season, He has an ever-increasing presence in our Performance section, as we push to accelerate the development of the swimmers.

Sophia Wallis – a long-serving member of Hart and qualified level 2 coach, Sophia returned to the club in the second half of the 23/24 season. Sophia has supported us diligently on our journey of transforming the club and has kindly accepted the duties of leading our Skills squads from September.

Lara Charlton – a long-standing Masters swimmer, Lara joined the coaching team during the 23/24 season and has gone from strength to strength, Lara completed her level 2 coaching course in the Spring and will be returning to lead County Development once more.

Tom Fletcher - after returning to the club in the spring with his level 2 swimming teaching qualification, I am delighted that Tom has committed to lead Skills Advanced and will undertake his level 1 coaching course in October.

Balazs Toth - a solid rock for the club over a turbulent season, Balazs will work closely with me across the Performance squads.

Dan Richards - a long-serving veteran of the club, Dan will be returning to coach the Masters.

Seasonal Coaches:

Emma Jones – a long-serving member of Hart, Emma continues to support the club during her holidays and completed her Level 1 coaching course in the Spring (alongside her existing Level 2 teacher qualification). We thank Emma for her continued support, enthusiasm and dedication. We look forward to welcoming Emma back onto the poolside over Christmas.

Isobel Neighbour - has been a rock for the club over a turbulent period, we thank Isobel for her dedication in supporting the development of so many swimmers over her tenure at Hart. We wish Isobel all the best as she embarks on her next chapter at university, and we look forward to welcoming her back onto the poolside over Christmas.

Max Walton - a long-serving member of the club and a great support to the coaching team during the 23/24 season, we wish Max all the best at university and look forward to supporting his development path to becoming a qualified coach over the coming years. We look forward to welcoming Max back onto the poolside over Christmas.
